Much progress the 1st 3 weeksPhone screen, Personality Testing, Off-site HR interview, On-Site Hiring Mgr interview , On-site interviews with cross-functional Peers & employees... then silence for 2.5 full weeks without HR setting any expectations of open / future communication. Despite this being a leadership role, then a Dear John email, not even a professional call.
