Interview Process at Princeton Management: Average interview process; Second round was a group interview with team members; Prepare to interview for at least 45 minutes; Employer may or may not follow up after the process.
They called me to schedule a date, I told them availability, they then never called me back. Followed up with them and they still said nothing. It was disappointing to say the least.
Did not have to interview because I was already working there and was promoted from within. I conducted and sat in on interviews and it’s not very intimidating. It’s more conversational.
