very relaxed, asked questions about previous research, professional goals, what your interests in research are. they described their projects and then asked if you had any questions about their work and if their work seemed of interest to you. very friendly, quick, and relaxed process
they asked about the projects i discussed and sometimes asked specific field-related questions in order to get a better sense of how well the interview knows the material

It was good. Two set of interviews. One on zoom and the other in person.The interviewers needed to know your experience in research and educational background. It started with a phone screen then few days later the zoom interview was scheduled and then a few days later the in person interview was scheduled.

In person, was shown around the premise and was given a clear description of my job duties. Was asked if I was comfortable handing and taking care of live animals such as spiders.

Interview
My interview was a video interview because I was from out of state. It was a pretty relaxed interview conducted by one of the postdocs in the lab. We basically discussed why I was interested in the lab and how I would be able to perform given my lack of experience in a professional lab setting.
