I applied online. I interviewed at Principal Financial Group
Interview
It was a good experience and the staff were friendly and easy to talk to. The process consisted of applying and directing being contacted for an in person interview. There was a total of four people for the interview, two in person and two via phone. They mostly asked personality questions and about life/career experiences; nothing overly difficult. The only part that I was dissatisfied with was decision process. It took almost two months to hear back (when I was told two to three weeks) and it was only after I decided to reach out to them.
