I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Priority Dispatch Corp. (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jan 2012

Interview

Pretty straight-forward interview. Asked basic questions about background in technical support. I believe there were two interviews total. The first interview was with the other technical support folks, and the second interview was with some of the higher-ups. It was a very comfortable atmosphere, and there weren't any difficult questions. The office is very laid-back and sometimes really quiet, which is what I preferred in an office.
