Long interview process, went through a series of three different interviews, first with the recruiter, then I interviewed with two hiring managers who would change the candidate criteria each time I spoke with them. According to the recruiter in my initial interview, I was told I had the skills, the experience and I let the recruiter was super eager for this job. The recruiter said my resume was a very strong fit for the position and wanted to bring me in as soon as possible to meet with the two hiring managers. I had about 4 calls with the recruiter every time I as In my opinion, after meeting the hiring manager, I believe the color of my skin and my religious choices dictated if I was hired or not. In my opinion , the hiring manager did everything in his power to make sure I did not get the job. It was a long process, in the end I just gave up, I was tired of being verbally battered by the hiring manager, speaking to the recruiter several times, and going in for several interviews and then taking 1 test and then being asked to take another test to prove or validate what I was telling them. It just wasn't worth it to me, it was clear that the hiring manager was looking to hire someone that was more in " tone " with himself. I was told the hiring manager was looking for someone with " other skills" even though my skills matched the criteria before meeting them in person.
