Interview
Friendly. phone and skype. HR team interview first, followed by 2 further interviews all undertaken via phone/computer platforms. As they work remotely this makes complete sense. It gave me an insight to the culture within the organization, methods of working, whether or not I would enjoy the position.

Each time I had to give a general overview of my background which flowed quite nicely into a general conversation around the company, their ways of working, goals etc, and then what I am looking for etc.
