I loved my experience interviewing with Prison Fellowship. Everyone was very supportive and responsive throughout the entire process. After I submitted my resume and cover letter online, I was sent a questionnaire and Code of Conduct. Once I submitted my responses to the questionnaire, I was asked to complete a phone screen later that same week. I really enjoyed my conversation with the Recruiter and felt very comfortable throughout. The phone screen then led to a Zoom interview with the Hiring Manager a few days later, which also went very well. There were some technical difficulties with the video during this interview, so the interviewer easily and calmly decided to switch to just the phone. A few days later, I was asked to have one more phone interview with HR. This also went very well. I was then asked to submit a writing sample a couple days later and was offered the position later that day. Overall, it was great experience. Everyone was easy to speak to and I was made to feel very comfortable and excited about the opportunity.
