The interview itself was mediocre. The interviewers knew what they were looking for and asked very thoughtful questions. The recruiter however was not responsive which threw me off. Sure this is a startup but I think treating canditiates like human beings should be common sense. I took the time out of my busy schedule to interview for 3+ hours I expect the decency of not being ghosted and ignored.
