The interview process started off very positively. My first interview was an AI interview with Ezra, followed by a phone interview with the Talent VP. Both were organized and engaging, and I was invited to interview with a department director. Unfortunately, the final interview was disappointing. The interviewer referred to the role by the wrong job title, asked me to walk through my résumé, and many of the questions repeated topics already covered in the AI interview, making the conversation feel repetitive. While the first two interviews were excellent, the final interview left me with a negative impression of the overall hiring process.
