I was contacted to have a phone interview with the HR Representative for a 30 minute call. I scheduled my meeting via Privia's scheduling tool. The day and time of my phone interview I did not receive a call until 15 minutes later at which time the HR Recruiter told me he needed to reschedule for later in the day due to technical issues. Sure no problem! We set up a time later in the day that work for both of us. That time came and went no call from him. I checked email no emails. I have read good things about this organization and that is why I applied. If this how the company HR department represents Privia Health then I need to pass on interviewing for your organization. Be respectful of your candidates time.
