It is Difficult to get through to hiring manager. It is Not the most organized and Recruiters know very little about the jobs. It’s difficult to know really what job your applying for before you get to the interview point.
There were two steps. The first was with the recruiter, it was very simple and informal. The second involved the unit manager and shift supervisor. They asked nursing questions to prove my knowledge and experience and background. They then went through the role I was interviewing for, and the expectations and scheduling needs they had.
