Unprofessional and Amateur! I was headhunted by Professional Staffing Group, an outsourcing recruitment company with which TripAdvisor works. I first received a message on Linkedin from a headhunter, then we arranged a successful screen phone call. I was approached later by the same person which informed me that TripAdvisor would like to move forward with the process. A new recruiter from PSG arranged a call with the head of department and asked me to arrange before another call to re-discuss about my profile. I was also informed that the first recruiter was leaving the company. Fair enough! I confirmed my availability, for the preliminary call a second call with the head of department. I was waiting for the first call for 10 minutes... NOTHING!! 30 minutes... NOTHING!! And the next call with the Head of Dep didn't take place either. I blocked an hour on my calendar of course but again NOTHING!! I sent an e-mail to ask for an explanation but again NOTHING!! Again I was headhunted. They made me lose my time and they didn't even send an apology e-mail. I don't even know the reason why my calls were cancelled (Actually, they were not even cancelled but just missed in a very disrespectful way). The image this behavior conveys is not positive at all...
