A single phone screening. Oddly enough, before calling me the interviewer CALLED MY CURRENT EMPLOYER and asked questions about me. Highly unprofessional. I did not put my employers down as references and had I known I was being considered for the position I could have given my bosses a heads up. But I was not given that courtesy. My compliance experience at the time (5+ years) was belittled and I was told I asked for too much money (I did). But I thought it was a Director role and had the pay to match. Jokes on me.
