I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ProbablyMonsters in Apr 2020
Interview
Applied online, got no screening interview, just asked to do a test. The test was relatively easy and not super long to finish. After turning in the test, I was later told by a recruiter that the role had changed, no interviews were given, and it the process was cut short. Asking for design tests before even talking to someone and then not even talking to them after the test is insanely disrespectful and entitled.

Interview
Applied online, didn't even get a screening interview, was simply asked to do a design test. It was moderately involved, but nothing crazy. The company never followed up on the test, basically ghosted me, and then 6+ months later tried to reach out to me after I already had a new job. Completely embarrassing and disrespectful.

This ended up as a 3 round interview process. First round was just an hour zoom with HR. The second, and hour zoom with the hiring manager. The 3rd was 6 hours (including a 1 hour lunch break) with 5 1 hour sessions with 1-2 people.
