I had 1 phone interview, 1 Skype Interview, and 1 on-site. The first call was an overview of my background while the second Skype call was a deeper dive into my specific experience. From the first call I had with HR, everyone at the company was extremely nice and professional. The VP I interviewed with provided me with great feedback as well as positive reinforcement. My on-site interview consisted of a presentation to the CEO as well as other employees. I found the CEO to be a consummate professional who asked insightful questions. During my entire presentation I was treated with respect and courtesy by everybody who attended. I found it refreshing that the CEO was so personable and friendly during my time at the company's office. In fact, I firmly believe that the company would be a fantastic place to work and that the company is poised to experience a lot of growth in the coming years. My interview was by far one of the most positive experiences in my career.
