Started out well with contact from a recruiter, a quick phone interview with the marketing director and a product manager, but then a video chat with the two aforementioned people and a specialist in the department. I know that they are trying to hire the right person for this position and they’ve clearly been taking their time, but it’s obvious that their interview techniques need a lot of help. Their interview questions were too broad and the interview was clunky and uncomfortable at times. They should consult experts who can better help them learn how to interview better. They will never find the right person the way they interview so I hope they read this review and maybe restart their search.
