First Round: Screening call with recruiter Second Round: Zoom call with hiring manager with some technical questions Third Round: On site interview with 5 members of the team Fourth and Final Round: 30 minute chat with the Senior Director Overall a very pleasant, smooth, and structured experience. Interview was mostly focused on past experiences and elaborating on specific examples relevant to the role. A few technical questions, but none were surprises and expected of the role. The last round with the Senior Director was interesting. It was more of a get to know each other session where they pitched the company and its mission.
