Interview
Good interviewers, intelligent questions, company culture seemed great. Nice perks, food, eating areas outside looking out to the ocean. Beautiful view right on the water from in the building... Important to note - it was a lengthy interview process, 4 hours. I do like to get insight to a company's culture, but it should be in a way that is considerate of a candidate's time. It was a campus tour, interview one on one, lunch, then more interviews. This required a whole day off from work, which was costly and exhausting. A tour and interview for 1.5 hours would've been sufficient.

Interview
The interview process was pretty smooth. There were 6 interviews total. It was different than others I’ve had. Some people spoke about what they do and how this role would interact with them, others asked questions they read off a paper. Some seemed super interested, others clearly did not want to be there. There were a lot of mixed signals. Plus, hearing that they have a new CEO made me a bit concerned about RTO so I was debating whether it was the right fit anyway. Luckily the decision was made for me!
