I applied through glassdoor and was followed up by a screener phone interview. This lead to a UX manager phone interview. I was then assigned a product design challenge with a week to complete. This followed into a full day of interviews in-house. This group is full of enthusiastic, smart, and hard-working people. If you have the skills to work here, the largest part of your interview will be communication and culture fit (and you should be making this determination for yourself as well, not just Procore).
