I interviewed for a University Program Manager role and Procore's culture shined bright throughout my experience. It was obvious how much care the company puts into employees. I was interviewing amidst the natural disasters and they worked around my schedule and kept me well-informed. Although the process took months, the decision was a no-brainer for me because of the phenomenal candidate experience and attention to detail. Procore's recruiting team is first class. My communication with the team was seamless all throughout the process, with superb delivery on accommodations and updates. Overall , I had 4 phone screens followed by an onsite interview, followed by reference checks and a background check. In terms of content, there was a lot of focus on leadership as well as personal goals and career trajectory.
