I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Procore Technologies in Jan 2018
Interview
I had one informational phone call, one Google Hangouts technical interview, and the onsite interview which consisted of 2 30 minute behavioral interviews and a 45 minute technical interview.
In the end, I wasn't extended an offer. I think it was because in my last interview, I had to use either Ruby or JS, neither of which I was very familiar with, and even though I was able to solve the problem, it was clear I wasn't too familiar with Javascript's built-in functions for things like arrays and strings, and they were looking for people already somewhat familiar with one of those languages (Ruby for a backend team and JS for a frontend team).

Interview
I was first sent a coding challenge to do and the recruiter got back to me within a few days to schedule my phone screen. Then I had a technical round of pair coding with an engineering manager. The onsite for me was a mix of technical and behavioral. Procore's team did an amazing job of communicating the steps and directions along the way. The recruiters are very responsive generally and will answer all your questions in a timely and professional manner.
