Smooth and relatively quick. Went through a phone screen with a recruiter, then phone interview with hiring manager, and finally on-site interviews at the company HQ in Carpinteria, CA with varying individuals in the hierarchy related to the position. From first outreach from the recruiter after my submitting application to on-site interview took 2 weeks. Scheduling each phone screen/interview and the dates for the on-site was easy since they let you schedule on their calendar program. They worked with my availability and everyone was very pleasant and professional. The trip to HQ for the on-site was the smoothest travel expense I may have ever had since, business or otherwise, since they took care of the compiling a few round-trip flight options and all I had to do was pick. They even handled the check-ins! Ground transportation options were also provided. Once on-site the person I had been communicating with throughout the process greeted me and gave me a quick campus tour before the interviews. Everyone was excellent to work with and the process was seamless!
