Long, drawn out and disorganized. The great employee reviews drew me in, however I didn't feel my time was respected or valued at all during the interview process. Recruiters were rude, follow up was terrible and time lines continued to stretch and leave me hanging with no direction. No one even knew where I was to go at the end of my interview or what next steps were.
