The interview process was lengthy, but I think that's a good thing because it shows they care about hiring the right person. - [Virtual] It started with a 30-minute screener with the recruiter, - [Virtual] Met with the hiring manager - [Virtual] Panel presentation followed by 2 interviews (one with the team director, another with the hiring manager again) - [Virtual] 1:1 interview with teammate - [Virtual] 1:1 interview with the head of marketing - [Onsite] Flew out for onsite interviews with several other teammates over lunch Overall it really was a great experience. The recruiters and coordinators facilitated such thoughtful interviews and were communicative and attentive. On top of that, every person I met seemed genuine, smart, and humble.
