Interview
I applied online and then the recruiter reached out. One of the best recruiters I ever worked with, he continuously followed up about my timeline and the progress of my other interviews, he provided regular updates.
I got scheduled for a phone interview with the hiring manager and a couple of days later the recruiter came back and said, the hiring manager really liked you but he is looked for someone more senior. We have this other position, that doesn’t require as much seniority, are you interested? Then he got me scheduled with the other hiring manager and as the first time, he kept me updated.

Interview
Interview was good, good people. They decided to rescind my offer because I didn’t disclose my layoff during the process. I had to give up my other process and ended up with nothing. Do not trust an offer from this company. Layoffs are common and shouldn’t be held against a candidate.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procore Technologies in Sep 2025
Interview
Pretty easy - described on their careers page. I made it through all rounds and then they told me to wait while they finished interviewing other candidates. I gave them a week and reached out because I had another offer and I wanted to see if Procore was still interested in me. They stalled me for a few days and finally said they were going with another candidate. The recruiter said she’d be open to give me feedback and I requested so, but then ghosted me. Disappointing.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procore Technologies (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2023
Interview
Very fair and engaging and pleasant. Lasted one hour. There were two interviewers. It was very conversational. They made me feel comfortable. I explained my knowledge of Procore and how I used all the Procore Tools.
