Was reached out to on LinkedIn by a recruiter about a position I had coincidentally already applied for, told I was “at the top of the candidate list,” had an interview with the hiring manager that seemed to go fairly well. Didn’t hear back from the recruiter within a week after the fact, so I reached out asking about next steps. She responded letting me know that they hoped to reach a decision in the next week, but that was several weeks ago. I have interviewed at multiple other companies and heard back promptly from all of them. I thought Procore had a better reputation than that, but unfortunately this process has proven me wrong.
