I applied online. I interviewed at Procore Technologies (Santa Barbara, CA) in May 2017
Interview
I met the head of the recruiting department at a meeting, and I was told about this position. Soon after I submitted the application, a recruiter contacted me and gave me a phone interview. Both people that I mentioned above are extremely nice and friendly. During the phone interview, the recruiter also broke the ice very well during the first minute. Even though they recruiting team decided not to continue interviewing me for this position, they offered another phone interview for a different position -- they do a good job keeping track of the candidates. The culture of the company is definitely the best part of it. Therefore, I really hope to have a chance to work for them someday in the future.
