Procter & Gamble Intern Marketing interview questions

The interview itself was relatively okay, but I felt like the questions were too specific for an entry level role that didn’t require any previous experience. However, the thing that makes my experience negative is that when I asked for feedback, they told me they could not provide it as their interview process is so different to other companies meaning that it wouldn’t be relevant. To me, this was a shame as I have found it to be similar to other companies and feedback would have been helpful and appreciated after doing three rounds of tests/ applications, I wanted to know where I went wrong.

The interview consisted of the usual describe your experience approach, especially about: teamwork, overcoming a difficult situation and innovation. Specifically, I have found very interesting the second part of the interview, in which the invigilator describes some work-related case studies and asked for my decision; such as timeline related assignments or pursuing with a market plan that will not bring profit but it does bring brand awareness.
