Interview
Very long, 2 + months. First i applied online, submitting a cover letter + application + perdonality test. Then i had the IQ test, then i got to go for a personality interview, then I had to present an English test, which i passed, finally I went for the last interview. Almost an interview or examen per week. Between theEnglish exam and the last interview pass 2-3 weeks without knowing about them. Finally had the last interview and next week the offer.

Tell me a challenging time and how you overcame it
Waited a little over a month from taking the assessment to be texted and scheduled an interview the next day. I was told that in order to get to the next interview, you have to pass the one before it, so a bit of pressure there. They were quick to provide feedback, within 48 hrs. All 3 interviews happened within the span of the week.
The interviewers were great to talk to and made things very comfortable for me. I had technical difficulties in the first but they accommodated me just fine. Questions are mostly about recalling experiences and situational questions.

It was on a easier side and most of the questions were on the behavioural side rather than on the technical side.Interviewer was a nice person and was always motivationg with a smile.
