      Product Supply Associate Interview

      Apr 11, 2016
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Mumbai
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Mumbai)

      Interview

The process began with a personality based psychometry test which tested candidates for the Company's "Fit". It was then followed by a paper-pencil aptitude test. The aptitude test had a high cut off and nearly 4 fifths off all initial applicants got eliminated. Then we had two or three rounds of final interview.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What was the most difficult decision you had to make in your life? What was your decision? Why? What was the result?
