Interview
First round: on campus interviewed by 2 people - purely behavioral
2nd/Final Round: In P&G Office interviewed by 2 leadership team members - also purely behavioural
Both rounds were identical in terms of questions asked. the only difference was the people doing the asking(2nd round had a higher up person). If you have practiced behavioral style you will do well. However a warning would be that they ask a lot of questions in a short amount of time so you could get nervous/flustered. They will also be taking notes as you speak. Nothing to be afraid of, it is for purposes of keeping track of what you say. Always use the CAR method when answering.
