There are 3 stages which are: 1) Online test assessment which includes reasoning test 2) Another test at the local office of the company which includes quantitative,reasoning and logical questions 3) If succesful in the above,interview sessions with 2-3 of your future seniors/managers of the department you are applying for (Specifically for me, 3 sessions all in one day about 2.30 hours long)
