      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2016

      Interview

The process consisted of several rounds. You first were asked to submit your resume online. If they found a match you were then asked to complete a 1 hour mathematics/logic/and pattern recognition test. After this you completed a 1 hour personality assessment online. If you pass both the math/logic/pattern test and the personality test I was asked for a 1st round interview in the P&G Toronto Office. The interview was a 1 hour behavioural interview where you MUST answer in the CAR format - Context, Action Result. (which thinking back is very useful in any interview!) I was then asked to complete a second math/logic/pattern test in the office. This test was also an hour long. Within a week I was called back for a second interview. The second interview was another 1 hour behavioural interview that probed more in detail on specific experiences and situations you have dealt with in the past. After the interview i was sat down in a room with a recent new hire for an hour where I could ask any questions I wanted - this portion would not affect my hiring - its purely for personal knowledge about the company. After this 1 hour Q&A, I was taken out to lunch where I had the opportunity to just chat with a new hire in a very casual manner.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What was a situation in which you displayed leadership? Describe a scenario when you had to analyze a large source of data? When was a situation when you had to resolve a team conflict?
