      Application

I interviewed at Procter & Gamble

      Interview

A recruiter from P&G reached out to me asking me to apply for a role, so I did. The whole experience was a complete waste of time. Their application system is ridiculously outdated, so inefficient that it took me hours to apply. Not only this but halfway through my online assessment test the system crashed and I didn't get to do half the test. I did raise this with the recruiting team but they were no help. Applications and questions later I am told I have to wait up to two weeks to hear back. I am a patient person but that is crazy. I was not successful with my online application and was sent a generic email from the P&G team. I understand I was not the right fit, that's fine. But don't waste my time either guys. Don't reach out to be directly asking me to apply because I sound like a good fit and then not even take two minutes to hop on a call with me. The whole time I felt I was talking to a computer, not a recruitment team. Most annoying, frustrating and outdated recruitment process I have ever come across.
