Interview
I got invited to do a video interview after applying online and doing online assessments. I had to access the video on my computer but the interviewer then called on my phone so we were using both phone and computer at the same time. The interviewer was very friendly and helped calm the nerves by talking about himself and his position first. The questions were only competency based.

I did 2 rounds of interviews. FIrst round was fairly simple with asking more about me and how i found the role, why the company and role, etc. Second round was more CV based, explaining it and asking back and forht questions about it.
The first interview was nice and friendly, final one with the finance head is kind of stress interview, dont feel like they are here to interview but here to give you negative feedback,
