Applied online, got an email requesting for an assessment.
Assessment was quite confusing offering answers like completely false or somewhat false. It also envolved answering some situational problems.
I guess I didn't quite hit the profile as there were no right or wrong answers to the test.

Went for initial interview - it was tough with a lot of mathematical questions, problem solving that relied on memory skills, as well as reasoning, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
