I passed all of the online procedure. Inital interview was really hard at first but the HR was so experienced but actually you can feel on their faces if your answer is not satisfying them

Interview questions are really standard - Like "Name a difficult situation when you were a leader/member and you had to resolve it" and "What are the key motivation in your career" and "Why P&G" etc. The interviewer is very friendly, Remember to update your LinkedIn account if you have one - They HR Director viewed mine a day before the interview and got me super nervous
