I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Apr 2018
Interview
Technical prescreening. Coding test. Online aptitude test. Onsite interview.
During the onsite interview, I bumped into a lady that was not very positive towards immigrants. She started her racial profiling and I got fed up. I mildly flipped out and later I learnt that she was an HR person. I made a nice presentation. My one on one interviews were so good. I crushed the freaking aptitude test. At the end of the day, the principal came with a slack face talking nonsense. I couldn't get the idea. Yes, the white lady struck back. I wasn't offered the job. Later they had to make up an excuse such that I wasn't energetic enough even though my technical skill set was good. I was as jubilant as a comedian that day, making people laugh.
Hey lady: Take the same aptitude test and compare your score to mine. You will have a clearer vision.
Stay away if you are an immigrant.

Question 1
Discriminatory question: What language do you speak in your country?
I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
4 stages of interview, pretty decent and pleasant. Sort of repetitive and mostly it’s about how you speak about yourself. Stupid intelligence tests that honestly don’t make any sense. Overall I’d say better than standard interviewing process
