When you apply you have to take a personality test and IQ test. The questions are set up to trick you into answering the wrong way. I dont feel like it was fair at all. There are also sequence questions that were impossible for me to figure out and you only have 1min 30 sec for each question, you can not go back. There was no way i couldve passed their tests. You cant reapply for another year after you fail the test.

The interview process was about what you'd expect for a large, publicly traded company. Good mix of culture fit questions and technical questions about SEC reporting. Overall, it felt appropriate for the role.

I quite enjoyed in the process of interview on teams. Asked a lot of questions related to your past experience. Some of the behaviour questions. Why you applied this role ? Why you applied this company? What is your biggest achievement.
