First goes the initial assessment test on the website. Then you get an invitation to the skills test in the office, regular form of questions (logical, mathematical) with a limited time for solving. After that you may receive or not the call for an interview arrangement

In English, about 30 minutes, 1v1, Cantonese is a must, mainly about your experiences in CV, STAR structure was important in your expression, deep dive in your previous job experiences and the stories

It was mostly about how i did in my college years whether i spent it with clubbing activities and social activities or not. They do not care about the grades you get from college.

Describe a crisis moment you had and how you managed it.
I took a series of 3 assessments and then completed a video interview. I was asked to answer questions using the CAR method. The interview lasted 20 minutes, and the recruiter did not seem interested in answering my questions about the position.
