Tests en ligne, puis 3 entretiens avec des managers (pas d'entretien RH). Chaque entretien est éliminatoire. Toujours le même format d'entretien. Une brève introduction (le manager se présente puis on doit se présenter), 5 questions du style "tell me a time when" (ex : leadership situation, conflict, improve a process...) puis 2 questions de mises en situation.
J'étais très satisfaite au début car mes 2 premiers entretiens se sont très bien passés (managers adorables, à l'écoute, qui m'ont fait un feedback très positif à la fin de l'entretien). Et mon dernier entretien s'est moins bien passé (pas de feeling avec la manageuse italienne) et j'ai juste reçu un mail de refus automatique de la part des RH 4 jours après.
Pas de surprise lors des entretiens mais très dommage d'envoyer un mail automatique de refus après des tests en ligne et 3 entretiens d'une heure.
