First: Personality test. (I think I was failed here.) They curious for you. They want to know you fit perfectly for their job position, team and company. There was a lot of leader, team question. E.g. Do you like to give order for people? Are you only kind to kind people?
It was a piece of cake. But after that difficulties came in the test.
2. Logic test. Just imagine a calculator, + - / *, you can only use a number once. It's simple math. Not hard, but time is running.
3. Circle, you have to memorize circles in the correct place and sequance. You have to be attentive and concentrate two tasks at same time. Few seconds are given. 8 circles memorization and spatial shapes. Like an IQ test. Visualization and memory.
4. Illustration with logic rules. Pick the right succession, just read carefully the instruction.
I was flabbergasted, I didn't expect that.
But it was excellent and fair because you can't cheat. Except if you fill your test with someone else.
You can't prepare for this test, it's an IQ test.
Personality test: there are no good or bad answer, it's more like a "you fit perfectly in the company or not".
If you fail in the P&G's assessment step, then you must wait one year to apply for another job in Procter and Gambler.
I realized that they want competitive leaders to their team.
In brief, It was the hardest "assessment" (2nd step, 3rd is the interview, 4rth is offer) I have ever gotten.
