Interview
The interviews were straightforward. The interviewers I faced were quite nice as well and they will make you feel comfortable during the interview process. There are 4 rounds with the first one being a game which is not too difficult in my opinion. The last one is like a experience day which consists of interviews and a few sessions on P&G.
My experience day was terrible and I found a few employees to be quite racist as well. I had a good image about the company and I'm happy to have been part of the CCA because I got a first hand experience on how I would be treated if I did get the job.

Question 1
Questions were very predictable and each interview asked the same questions. Asked purely competency based questions (tell me about a time when you ...) as well as why P&G or why this role etc.
The interview was process was well-organised however it was relatively difficult. The questions that were asked were indeed generic but I feel like your knowledge of the company is really tested indirectly. You must display a strong interest in the field and the company.

Interview
Questions as expected, however upon joining the interview, the interviewer had me on mute. I was then told this was my fault and had to rejoin the teams called multiple times. Very bad first impression for a first interview, wasn't happy.
