I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2020
Interview
Submit resume, then Online assessment.
The OA has personality questions and some game style questions.
The math part was fine. But I was so shocked that they have test that exam your memory. They say this is to assess your level of concentration.
Are you kidding me?????
They give you a series of dots, then click like 5 dots in an order. Then they ask you 5 questions , after you answer all the questions, you need to click on the dots in the same order as given. Ok, so for people like us who worked for years and gainning an MBA, P&G doesnt care about your work experience or skillset. They care about your ability to memorize things.
I know there are lots of practice test online. But I thought this is something to test the real critical reasoning/thinking skills. Like Amazon's OA, no prep needed, you just need to know their culture.
I guess PG just doesnt care how many talents they lost by using this stupid OA system, OR they intentionally discourage experienced hires/MBAs.
Great job P&G. I would never apply again. I got interviews from top consulting and tech firms and was rejected by your OA for memory games???? Bravo.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Jun 2025
Interview
