Dos entrevistas, una telefónica y la otra de manera presencial en los Head Quarters. Además, previamente tuve que pasar un online assessment. El assessment veréis que es bastante complicado por eso tenéis que estar concentrados y tomaros un rato para realizarlo. Las entrevistas hay que ser natural y tienen que ver que tienes fit con la empresa.

Realizan preguntas tipo FIT, preguntan sobre las experiencias que has tenido y cómo has navegado a través de situaciones difíciles. Duró alrededor de una hora y estuvieron tres personas presentes.

Very unorganised and was walking them through my CV, was picked apart and asked questions which was fine - but implied as I didn't do economics/maths I wouldn't get the job. I was curious why the interviewed me if they weren't going to hire me.
