It was honestly a draining experience. After the assessment and initial screening, I had to go through three rounds of interviews: two of which are online and the last one on-site at their office. I managed to reach the final round but still got rejected in the end. The process felt repetitive since every round focused heavily on behavioral and situational questions. They kept stressing the use of “I” and wanted every answer to highlight personal impact, which made the whole thing feel more like a test of wording than actual skills.
Interview process is more on situational questions. But the interviewers are nice and approachable. P&G wants someone in their company who is functional to the role. I heard they have a lot of benefits as well.
