Applied on line and did a series of Personality Tests Thereafter was invited for a written Psychometric test What followed were four face to face interviews; first with someone from HR, then a Brand Manager, then a Country Manager and finally with the External Relations Director. This happened over a period of three months. Trouble is they didn't get back to me until seven months after they began the hiring/interview process.
