Interview
The internship application starts with you making an account at their website, where you can upload a resume, a cover letter, among other things. You will then have to answer a personality test, with a lot of situation-based questions. If you pass this, you will be invited to take a reasoning test (written) at their company.

Their personality test asks a lot of situational questions that don't really leave room for explanation.
El proceso de selección fue bastante largo: alrededor de 3 meses de espera, 3 entrevistas y aproximadamente 6 horas en total hablando con diferentes personas. Al final, la propuesta consistía en unas prácticas no remuneradas y la decisión fue negativa. Creo que el proceso podría ser más ágil y transparente para evitar invertir tanto tiempo por ambas partes.
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
