I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (New York, NY) in Apr 2012
Interview
Online application, very very long. CV, cover letter, questions. Two tests. Rather basic. After a few weeks recieved an email that I'm not suitable for the position. Found out from a friend in HR that at P&G the system reviews the applications first looking for key words. Wrong words – an actual person won't even see your application.
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
